Okay, excuse the double post and excuse the timing of that reply - I love the third chapter! The connection between those two is really something incredible. I'm reminded of pieces of other couples, like the way they can encourage anger in eachother before finding a sort of understanding. That bit mirrors Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy in my mind, and yet there's something original to it. Their relationship is really intriguing. I can't wait to read more - keep it up, love!

That makes sense. Alot of people tend to overanalyse things and then they end up destroying what they set out to write. But if you had ever read one of my first drafts you'd understand that they contain none of the charm that you spoke of. They are honestly just bare bones stuff. Hmm, maybe if I explained my mind set while writing. When I set out to write something new I have to write it very quickly, otherwise I get bogged down by too many other story ideas and then it never gets finished. If I take the time during the first draft to add the description and eloquence then 9 times out of 10 I abandon the work. But if I hurry up and rush that first draft with mainly the plotline and dialogue then I can take my time and go back and edit in all of the awesome stuff that I left out. And for some reason I enjoy the editing stage much more than the initial writing stage. I just have this thing for editing. I find it so rewarding to turn something bare and drab into a real work of art. Anyhow, you are throwing out alot of compliments there, my dear and I truly do appreciate them, even if I wonder how biased you might be towards my stories. But thank you for the kind words. I much appreciate them. M.

Biased? Me? I have no idea what you're talking about.... Maybe that's my problem when I write - I need to not care so much about the details and get the storyline down. Because more often than not I do find myself abandoning the story. Hmm, we have stumbled across something there, Louise.

Yes, I think we truly have. Now if we can just train ourselves to do it that way the first time around. Lately I've had problems keeping to my own routine. I find myself running off onto a tangent and then I'm lost.
Anyhow, I need to slip out of here and see what I can do with Chapter 4. I wasn't too pleased with the line I took in the first draft when I wrote it so I may need a major rewrite anyway.
