Mage I'll get this all fixed up sometime in the next couple of days. We drove 200 miles again today and I'm beat and not thinking straight.

I apologize if I'm over-stepping my bounds as a relatively new member by offering an opinion, but I sincerely ask for a chance.
In accordance to autobiography vs. memoir, I agree with your statement on autobiography (that it would only work for famous people) but I recently (I believe it was two semesters ago) took a class on writing non-fiction, specializing in memoir, and, despite being nineteen at the time, realized that memoir was a rapidly growing sensation in the writing world. My professor, renowned author Dan Wakefield, taught the class, and told me (this is obviously not verbatem, but along the lines of) that everyone's experiences are different, and being able to write down those experiences and share them with others is what makes memoir border on creative-non-fiction.
Again, I apologize if I sound pretentious, or even elitist, it wasn't the kind of tone I wanted to exude, but I wanted to voice my vote for the creation of a Memoir board.
Thank you in advance!
