hmmm, i would have to go with.... Jesus Christ, for his overwhelming ability to forgive and keep a sense of calm in the most dire situations.

True, Jesus was a great person, even if you aren't a Christian he taught us a lot about acceptance.

Hmm, I can't say I ever had an Idol per se, but I do remember when I first started to read when I was about 5 or 6 I read some childrens bible stories. You have to realize I never paid attention in sunday school. All I was interested in was making crafts which we did often. But I remember reading these books and having no idea who or what they were about honestly. But I remember thinking to myself that I wanted to be just like this guy Jesus.
You know how weird I felt when I realized that they were true stories and about the son of god? But I guess that just shows you how much I wanted to do good from the very beginning, so it makes me feel better about who I am.
Anyway so I guess that would be my only choice for an idol too.

*coos* I have this really nifty image of M reading bible stories and wanting to be the characters in them...at least it's better than wanting to be superman at that age...

Actually it wasn't very long after that that I wanted to be Firestarter(Or was it FireStorm? Something like that) from the Spiderman and Friends show, so my tastes varied at that time in life.
