What type of browser do you use? Personally, I use the old version of internet explorer.

There's also Opera. I found out about Mozilla when my computer crashed from viruses and a guy at Dell asked me which browser I was using. He said IE is a bad choice because it's been around so long that people have been able to figure out unique ways to hack it, plus Mozilla's pop-up blocker is supposedly much better. It also has the option of tabs, so you can have several sites open in just one window, but I think IE had that at one point too.

Well, I can't actually answer this question. I use IE7 and Mozilla both. I use Crazy Browser for just regular browsing which is like an add on for IE. It's more stable than both of them actually. I use IE7 for reading my email because that's what messenger opens when you click on your mail tab. I use Mozilla for uploading pics and downloading video. I just love all the extensions that you can add to it. I think this poll need a Other category for us crazies that can't make up our minds. M.

I primarily use IE 6.0 because of the fact that it is easy to browse forums with it (I had problems when I use Mozilla).
When I'm worried about my comp. I'll use IE only for only forums *cough*NW*cough* and Mozilla for EVERYTHING else. I have both on my computer.
I can't remember the last time I used Netscape. I used AOL 8 or 9 at one point (or maybe it was an even earlier version) in the long ago past. I also used Earthlink, a long time ago, too (I think right before the switch to AOL which we soon switched to something else). I've use SBC which has their own browser. And their are other browsers besides those listed, this poll does need an other.
The only thing I know is I won't be switching to IE 7 any time soon if I can help it. I've seen the layout (which has tabbed browsing) and it would be a nightmare getting used to it.

IE7 didn't work so well with my pc before I wiped it but it's working fine now. Go figure. And Crazy Browser uses tabbed browsing so I'm used to it. The Favorites Star is in a strange place though and I'm still not used to that.

Firefox, hands down. Best computer decision I've made in a long time.

I chose to just go with Aol... its litterally impossible to get a virus through it.
Plus its quick, and quads my internet speed.
