Anime, I know people my age who aren't mature.
Maturity is gained from experience and is often determined by a persons own personality. There are teenagers on this site who are ten times more mature than some of the people I know who are my age.
But then again you being one of those mature teenagers you probably already know that.

Yes, I know that...I think about that and then I see a teenage guy with some fixiation on phalic worship, at least I think that's it, either that or he's got one major case of penius envy.
