It’s snowing again, vast sticky flakes. They cover everything, Almost.
The hole where my heart was Swallows the snow, Hoping that it will Fill up the place where Once emotions played
For a few blissful moments, My aching body was content, Numbed by encompassing cold.
But spring is coming, Blades of grass poke through The cover of winter Birds sing and dance In a cerulean sky
And I know, That in a few short weeks, I will once again Be forced to confront, The damage that was done To my soul.
So I hold onto, These last few, Extended weeks of winter, Hoping to avoid pain As long as I can.

This was sweet. The tone changed a bit suddenly for me. I may have preferred you to describe the beauty of the snow more, but I still enjoyed this very much.
Favorite line: The hole where my heart was Swallows the snow, Hoping that it will Fill up the place where Once emotions played

That was absolutely great! I love it. It has such a dark tone in contrast to the light pictures you portray. Absoluly wonderful!
