Days Gone By
An alluring touch,
Upon thy moist brow,
What sweetness,
The gentle flow,
Of a cool morning breeze,
The clarity of the sky,
Under which thee stands,
The strength of a mid-day storm,
Brought on by thee nature’s will,
So warm doth days pass,
Under which thee rest,
‘Side the lake,
Or thy own personal bath,
Yet such lovely days,
Not long do they last,
They fade so quickly,
Almost as a passing memory,
The shift is as day and night,
Is as the shift of my love for thee,
Oh how I miss thee, my warm summer days.

Heh, no problem at all^^ And I'm definately glad that this poem wasn't a flop *strokes chin* I wasn't really sure about it when I wrote it... But there's something about it that I just can't quite put my finger on...
