I like Twilight... I thought it was quite well done. ^.^
I live for cliche romance plots with predictable drama. *Rubs hands together with a grin*

Well that's one entry I think we can count on. Cool.
I've written so much romance in my life that I've burnt myself out on it, so I think I'll keep out of this one.

One of these days we'll get you to enter a contest, Meluivan. Even if we have to make the theme "Torture Stories". One of these days... Cliched romance plots with predictable drama are so worth it, imvho. The Wedding Date is one of my favorite films

I'm all about breaking clichés! Even if all plots have been done, they haven't been done *your* way. Create characters and they become your puppets. Then you can torture them all you want. (Cue the evil laugh)

I would like to say the first half of your post is exactly my point. Every idea has been done, but it has yet to be done in our OWN way.
As for the torturing...heh I'll keep my opinion to myself on that one, and then let you all survey it in my written pictures.

Okay, Idril, why did you have to bring up torture? You act like it goes with my name hand in hand or something. *whistles*
And you never know. I might actually enter one of the contests this time around.

Hey, I'm not the one they call the Amplifier of Evil, dahling. And it would be lovely to see you enter one of these! I'm hoping to break my curse this time around (don't know what's different now, except that the rest of the writers aren't striking, just my muse).
