Hello, I just wanted to point out a few changes that my fellow admins and I have been working on.
First of all if you take a look at the menu above you'll see a new button has been added. It will either have a red or blue envelope with either "new pm" or "no new pm" next to them. It's pretty obvious what this means and you can click the button and be taken to your messages.
Seeing as we have this new feature we will eventually remove the text in the Welcome Table and be replacing it with text concerning who created the skin you are viewing or larger logos that span the width of the table.
This will allow members more flixibility when creating logos and backgrounds for the forum.
Thanks for your patience in this endeavor to make the forum look a little more streamlined.
M.

Methinks, M, as long as we do the maintenance at night, we should be okay. lol Most of the traffic happens during the day, it seems.
And again, I'll say if only to inform others that the size of the table depends on your screen size, so when making logos please make them to fit both 800x600 and 1024x768 screen sizes. Once we figure out the size of the table for both of those resolutions, we'll alert everyone to the maximum accepted size. ^^
Again, thanks everyone for your patience!

The table width sans borders: 800x600 Screen Reslution: 716px 1024x768 Screen Reslution: 923px 1280x800 Screen Reslution: 1158px That being said, I think M and Ri would agree on these points: Header logos should not exceed 716px except...- If you'd like to make a larger header for a larger screen resolution, we will add it to the selections with "(1024x768)" beside the title.
- You can feel free to submit one skin in several screen resolution sizes, which will be listed as stated above, with the appropriate screen resolution beside the name.
Hopefully that clears things up.

What about the people who have beasts for graphic cards, like moi, and have 1280x960? Goes the same for the 1280x800 you have posted?
And yes, agreed on those points.

Well in that case, if you would like to make larger ones go ahead and if someone else makes one that you'd like enlarged one of us can always modify it.

In the case of 1280x960 it's still got a 1280px width so the only thing that'll change is the height. So the width maximum stays the same. Does that sound alright?
