Please, no discussions of who you voted for. The voting system is anonymous for a reason, and I don't want to see any discussion about it on the boards.

I kind of think contestants shouldn't be allowed to vote. It doesn't really seem right to me for them to vote for their own entries or for a friend because they're friends. Then again, there might not really be a way to keep anyone from doing that, unless I'm wrong.

After a mix-up with this sort of thing before, it was stated in the rules that voting for your own entry or asking people to vote for your entry was prohibited, but unfortunately we forgot to add that this time. There is no way for administrators or moderators to keep it from happening, we usually can only rely on the contestants to read the rules and vote fairly. But since we left it out this time, it wouldn't be fair of us to change it now.
So I apologize for the lack of attendance we have had in monitoring the votes. We've all been a little absorbed in personal things lately. But I promise it won't happen again!

It's fine. I actually forgot that it was one of the rules. I'm glad it was thought of before, though. I hope the contestants do follow it since it does make it more equal.
