Lets go with, we're totally weird and leave things at that. And thank you for the compliment Isis. I would like to appologize for my tardyness in replying, I've been in Colorado where there are bears and elk... very strange creatures; elk...

Hey, I liked your story, it was totally not what I expected it to be with the title "Vampire Kitty Guardian"....Good tho, thoroughly enjoyed on my part.
And yes, Brokeback mountain was definately odd...I can't see how they could call it a "great romance movie", not b/c it was between two men, but well, i just didn't feel the connection there and i really hated Heath Ledger's character. My dad is ultra-homophobic and it was priceless b/c me and my stepmother were watching it and dad walked in just as...well...lets say the tent got a little steamy for the first time.....it was priceless the look on his face...
ultra-christians frighten me, cuz I'm an atheist. Well i suppose atheism really scares some people too...but I've had people go all "you're going to burn in h*ll" on me. Not a very nice thing for someone to say to u, eh?
Anywho, its good to have a deeper convo with people. I'm going to bed.

Hehehe, my writing professor is always harping on us about good titles and "catchy hooks", so my titles are always a bit strange. I really like this title though, mostly because it is so odd.
I hated Heath Ledger's character too! I think it was because he was such an (insert naughty word here). Blagh... he was icky.
Now, being a Christian myself I would like to appologise for all the people who went "you're going to burn in h*ll" on you because, really, that has to be the most outrageously indecent way to go about trying to share your beliefs with someone. I would also like for you to know that the people who are, in actuallity, real, practicing Christians who get more than religion from Christianity don't do things like that and you've encountered an idiot who can't think for himself and can only blindly repeat things another idiot has said. I would suggest ignoring sich idiots, I do.
Alright, I'm done preaching now, I'm going back to working on my next piece.

haha, yes, i have encountered many idiots in my life, my father being one of them. He has said to me, and i quote "You're just a lost little child (me being 18 at the time....), some day you'll smarten up and come running back to the church." yeah...not easy being an atheist up here in my little town. Man, there are only like 5 people around here that know I'm an atheist, not even my stepmother, I've had to keep it under wraps. Up here, I might even be put on par w/ being homosexual in the way the ""christians"" look at it. Isn't it serious blasphemy to force an atheist to get baptised? ?!!! Cuz I was baptised at 12 (which is tradition in our baptist church) and I was thoroughly atheist by then.... Anyway, that's just my weird life, don't think all of Canada's like that. Just my little hick town at the end of my litte hick province, surrounded by its only little world and a whole lotta water (where am I? lol). Keep working on your next piece! Ting PS I put to a vote that Heath Ledger should never ever be made to kiss a man again at the risk of breaking my heart...

haha! It is quite dissapointing when men go around kissing other men isn't it? I always find it dissapointing, unless of course they're willing to share, in which case its only halfway dissapointing.
Maybe you should escape from this little town, it sounds very boring and predictable, not at all condusive to a good writing environment... I think my brain might get very bored and shut off.
as for blasphemy, I think the word is entirely overused. I doubt that God is very concerned with outward shows of religion. I think he's much more intrigued by the hearts of people. There are a lot of "Christians" in the world who are just "good people" their hearts aren't in their beliefs and God is probablt more offended that they care nothing for him and care only that the world sees a "good" person. I'm not sure that made sense so I'll shut up now.
