After reading Idril's post concerning Back to Middle Earth Month I have decided to hold a little trivia contest for anyone who wants to participate.
This is how it will work. I will post a few Lotr trivia questions everyday or every couple of days. They will be from the Movie version since more people have seen it then read the books.
Reply to this thread with your answers. You may answer as many or as few of the questions as you wish. But for every question answered correctly and first you will recieve a point.
The person who recieves the most points at the end of the month will recieve a custom made Lotr Wallpaper, Signature and Avatar designed by me. (Hey, I'm not that bad.)
Anyway, here are the first four questions to get us started.
1. What place does Gimli describe as “an impassable labyrinth of razor sharp rocks?
2. Who leads the warriors that slaughter the captors of Merry and Pippin?
3. What high hill is the ruined watchtower of Amon Sûl on?
4. What city does Denethor order Faramir to retake against impossible odds?
