Oh gosh, I don't know. I know I have some Aaron Tippin on here, I just downloaded it the other day, but it didn't come up when I searched my iTunes for Country. I'm sure he's around. Come to think of it, I know I have some Shooter Jennings on here too... *sigh* I have an Alan Jackson cd, must find that one. I bought Chad Brock's "Yes" single just for that song. I was obsessed with it Oh and I love Daryl Worley's song about 9/11. I need to get some Montgomery Gentry because I lost all of mine. If you wouln't mind sending me some of theirs? I don't really care which ones. Thank you, dear!!

Can do. I have one of their albums and maybe a couple of other songs.
Have you heard of Phil Vassar? He has one that I have that I absolutely love. It's from several years ago. "Another Day In Paradise" I think I might send that one to you too. It's one of my favorites that most people don't even know.

I love that song. I don't have any of his music, but I do remember being obsessed with that one on the radio. I was one of those kids who sat by the radio all day waiting for one song. That was one of them. There was another one that Steve Wariner did with Clint Black called "Been There", that was another that I was just crazy about. "So Much For Pretending" - Bryan White and I have to say it, but "The Shake" - Neal McCoy was another.

I've only got 4 of Steve Wariner's songs.
Katie Wants A Fast One Two Teardrops Holes in the Floor of Heaven I'm Already Taken
I can not stand Neil McCoy at all. I don't know why. I hate 99% of his songs. I only like one. Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On. And I just tolerate it. Something about him just bothers me.
I'll send over the Phil Vassar one. I listen to it all the time.

Oh my gosh, can you send me "Katie Wants a Fast One"? That's the one I was super-obsessed with, but I couldn't remember the name. When I searched his songs I found the one with Clint Black and I remembered I'd liked it a lot, but Katie Wants a Fast One was my absolute favorite. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I don't know why I liked Neal McCoy. He wasn't even that country. But I liked most of the stuff on his Greatest Hits album. "Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye", "No Doubt About It", "Now I Pray for Rain", "Wink", "For a Change", "They're Playing Our Song". I guess it's just one of those things, when you like it as a kid you always like it. If I remember right he also did a rap of the theme to Beverly Hillbillies. My sister loved that...

No problem. I'll send that in just a few minutes. He's an awesome singer. I think the first time I heard of him was that he wrote the theme song to the Who's The Boss tv show. I loved that song. Then when he came out and started performing his own stuff, I thought he had more talent than 98% of all country music. I still beleive that.
The first Neil McCoy song I heard was The Wink and then The Shake. I hated them both for some odd reason, which is unlike me. I usually don't hate any song, but I couldn't stand them.

I don't know many people who like country music, but those that I do know don't like Neal McCoy at all either. I don't think he was really ever considered a staple of the country music genre. But darn if "Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On" isn't darn funny...
Agreed about Steve Wariner. A great talent.
Gosh, I think these guys would be considered a one-hit wonder, but maybe not. The Tractors. I bought their cd for the song "Baby Likes to Rock It". Another one I would wait for all day to come on the radio...
