The above is a link to a story that I saw when I opened up my IE browser (MSN is my homepage). It's about possible United States government regulations to the internet. What does this mean, read the article.
What I want to know is where do countries get off on regulating the WORLD wide web? Shouldn't this be something that an independent body with the particpation of many nations be regulating, if regulation is indeed needed (which, I'll admit, in some cases it does).
