One of my friends has that happen to her occasionally, Al.
And the out of body experiences....I haven't experienced it personally, but two of my friends have. I remember they were discussing it in the Home Ec class their senior year. They said they started shaking or something and that's what brought them out of it.

That must be creepy. I've never had anything like that happen to me. I think the creepiest thing that's happened to me is when my family first moved into our current house. I was chasing my brother through the house when he threw a sleeping bag over me. I was under it for a few seconds when I saw a skull fly towards me. My mom thought it was a trick my brother was playing on me, but realized he couldn't have.
I actually had a dream about a remake of the movie Cacoon last night. It was interesting.

We talked about dream interpretation in psychology today. I wish I could do that. I can get the general idea, but it's definintely not as correct as a real dream psychologist. Just basic things about subconcious thinking and how they can reveal hidden desires. My dreams though... I don't know what to think, there. Maybe I should stop eating chocolate before bed.

I don't really think it matters what you eat or drink before bed. I was told that it's a bad idea to eat/drink dary products before you go to sleep and I actually have calmer dreams when I do. So, I'd say it just depends on the person.
My writing class actually had a discussion about dream interpretation and what can cause strange dreams. It wasn't exactly the type of class expected that in.
