Our year 9 starts at about 14, though I was 13 since my birthday was before the cutoff date, then year 10 is fifteen, year 11 is about 16ish or 17ish, and year 12 is 17ish or 18ish. It's different for everybody though, depending on when their birthday is.

Well up here u get 7 years of primary school then 6 years of secondary You start primary 1 at the age of 5-ish and leave primary 7 when your around 11/12 Then you move to 1st Year in high school then leave 6th year around 17/18 I be in 4th year now *nods*

Alas, we are shifting into the primary/secondary system... its not an improvement, I've been to enough schools to understand that.

Hm... well, back in the day, my great aunt Rosemary Scott went to the University of Michigan at 16!

Yeah, I know. Then she graduated as one of the first woman lawyers. What an amazing woman- we all miss her.
