Main Theme: Romance
Challenge: In honor of Valentines day right a romantic poem.
Poem Length: No restrictions. Any style.
Rating: Up to Teen or Pg-13.
Contest Dates: Feb 1, 2007 – March 31, 2007
Entries Due: March 15, 2007 at 7:00pm Central Standard Time.
Winners Announced on: March 31, 2007 Central Standard Time. For anyone who is not sure about time differences please pm M.
Winning Places and Awards:
First place will receive custom made wallpaper, signature, and avatar.
Second place will receive custom made signature, and avatar.
Third place will receive a custom made avatar.
All non placing entries will recieve a consilatory avatar.
Additional rules:
Only one entry per contest.
Must be a new work that has not been published before.
The contest will be judged in a poll style vote between the dates of March 15 and March 31, and all members are allowed to vote. The winner will be announced on March 31. The voting will end on March 31 at 7:00pm Standard Time.
To submit an entry open a new thread in the 'Feb 1 - March 31, 2007' section. Please include a title with all entries. The poll at the end of the contest will be set up using these titles and your username.

When you say "must be a new work that has not previously been published"
Do you mean new to this site and has not been previously publsihed here or do you mean by another author or by yourself even but published somewhere else...
(Did that make any sense?)

She means a work that has not been published as an actual book. Only partially correct. She means a work that has not ever been used or seen by anyone but you or a beta before, I.E. you cannot have posted this work on the internet, nor submitted it for publishing via hard copy in order to remain within the confines of the rules.
