I'm not sure what it could mean exactly. Maybe they are setting up a logging system that won't let more than one review from a certain ip address per chapter or something. That way someone can't go in and just submit a hundred bogus reviews for a ten chapter story.
The only way I could check it would be to submit some anonymous reviews for different stories. I might try it at some point but not today. Too busy.

It might be that, the IP address thing...*shrugs*
Like I just told you a moment ago, they might be trying to touch the side of subjectivity in contrast to their objectiveness...I dunno. They are confusing...but still, we can't just ignore what they are doing because we've come this far, to stop now would be like...leaving a man behind in war, so to speak? Anyway...

Yeah I'm glad that they are trying to improve the site. And it is getting better. I do like the reply option in the reviews. I like opening my mail box and seeing replys to reviews I've sent. I have noticed a few people still submitting review responses in thier chapters, and I wonder if I should mention the rule to them. But I don't want to tick them off. Ah well I might not tick them off if I explain that I don't want them to lose their account.
Okay I'm rambling again.

I love being able to hit the "reply" button, though. It's so cool! I think...that some people, at least my reviewers, have gotten more assertive now that the review reply thing has come along. (Or, it could be because they read my three+ minute rant in my LJ about how feedback more than "love it, udpate soon" means a lot!) Anyway. I'm rambling too, M. We'll ramble together.

You do sound like me. The best reviewer I have ever had was ladyidril. She was reviewing my stories back before I started this site, and she always pointed out the good and the bad. Technical and theoretical. I love the reviewers I can learn from. Now she's betaing my Hp story. She'd good at it too. M.

I love it when people point out stuff I do wrong like that, critique is the better word than phrase "point out." I had one person say I was spelling 'blonde' wrong while I was spelling it 'blond.' It's actually either or, but I prefer 'blond' because of its definition. But yeah, when people say "Well, this was great, but you could have done better on this, so work on it some" it means so much more than just "I luv ur story update soon" type stuff. I mean, I love positive reviews, no matter what they say, but I will be the first to admit I am easily frustrated and one thing that pushes my buttons is that I can get like, five reviews of just chat speak "update soon." I honestly received a review that really said just "update soon." *looks at floor indifferently, then goes on typing*
I'll stop now. If you want the full rant on that, find it on the LJ...good luck.
