Hmm....I think I'm gonna end up scaring everyone here....so watch out....
In order from first to last, I think.....
Green Celtic Dress - sewn in hunter green crushed velvet with gold ribbon around the waist and down the front. There is a small gather/pucker in the front near the bust. Sleeves are pointed with gold trim around them. The waist is gathered. It was made from a Simplicity pattern, but I altered the sleeves to get the points. I can't remember the pattern number. This was made for my thirteenth birthday with a Celtic/Irish theme. The pattern is one of the old, old patterns, like the ones you find in thrift stores and are no longer in print. It's number 9264.
Green shirt - okay, really bad, again. Used leftover crushed velvet from Celtic dress, and made sleeves with it, but they were removed and have been misplaced. I've never worn it outside as it's too drapy in places. It will probably never see the light of day again after this. New Look out of print pattern
6326.
White dress - I'm pretty sure this is my third project. Anyway, it's made out of creme colored I-don't-remember-the-name, so it's just called "White Dress." The brown around the neckline, down the front, and elbows is gimp trim/braid. The pattern called for rope to go as the loops in the middle, but the rope came undone while I tried to sew it, so I just used a different trim. I used suede leather cord as the tie. Used Simplicity pattern
9891, View B. It doesn't fit me very well, around the shoulders and neckline so I don't wear it that often.
Blue Robe - Made from two different types of blue costume satin. I realized I didn't have enough for the sleeves so went to buy more and got the wrong color - but it looks cool that way. Then the panels on the front and back are backwards; one has the shiny side out and one has the shiny side in. It just adds character. There's a pocket on the inside of the left front panel, which happens to be backwards. It has a deep hood with a tassle on the end. I used Simplicity pattern

White Chinese Shirt - This shirt is made out of yard sale material. Quite a happy find. It's probably a silk/rayon mix and is off-white with pink flowers patterned over it. It needs a frog closure or two over the left shoulder but I have none. It's very soft and comfortable, but thin. I used Simplicity pattern 9868, but I think it's out of print and no longer available anywhere.
Ice Blue Dress - I made this dress for someone for a Halloween party and it ended up back in my hands. I used blue satin and blue chiffon (aka sheer curtains), and blue gimp trim. It was a sincere pain in the behind and needs some maintenance work. It's one of my own patterns.
Purple and Gold - this dress was made for a banquet I attended two years ago. I used gold chiffon for the sleeves and a purple drapy cotton with blue flower print for the main dress. It has a drape in the front (which proves to be difficult) and needs a brooch to keep it down. It has a small train in the back. I used pattern
9891 again, View A.
Red Robe - Another one of my own patterns, it's a robe I made to go to an anime convention. I couldn't tell you what the red on the outside is, because it was a garage sale find. The pink lining is microsuede and is very soft. There is a hood, not a deep one, that has a tassle on the end. It's very warm to wear in the winter.
Renaissance outer dress - My pride and joy thus far. It's just the outer dress to a Renaissance costume, made in forest green faux suede, with heavy cotton on the inside as a lining for the bodice. It has grommets for the lacing up and in the shoulders, and boning in the bodice. At the moment, it's shoe strings lacing it up but I hope to get something better. I wore it to a play (over other stuff, of course). Hopefully I can finish the rest of it sometime. I'm using Simplicity pattern
4488, view B. The rest of is it in turquoise upholstery fabric.
There's three more, but I'm just lazy and don't feel like getting my Edo costume on, and the other two were commissions. One was Arwen's Requiem dress from LOTR: ROTK, and another was a cloak for someone going to a Ren Faire.
I'll get those up another day...
