So like...I'm in my fourth mod. It's Sports Massage and Pathology. My pathology book is...hm...400+ actual pages of reading, 11 chapters. This is the third week of the mod. The first week, our homework was, "Okay, read chapters 1-3 in your Pathology book and answer all the questions!" Dude, chapters 1, 2, and 3 are over 300 pages. This week's homework is chapters 4, 5, and 6 and the questions. NEXT week's homework, due the 24th, is like five packets of 3 or more papers each, and FIVE chapters in Pathology! It's still less than the first three chapter page amount, but still! We only have to answer the review questions, not review and objective. But eh...talk about overkill.
Then in class, we didn't do any work today. I did more work as an ambassador than a massage therapist. The last few days, we haven't rubbed either, just read our homework while 8th mod people did their clinicals. Today we received some b.s. news, too. "People in their 8th mod can no longer do clinicals in school during their class time. They must do them Mon-Fri 1-5 (our classes are 8-1) and Saturdays." DURING an intro class! We were all like, "WTF?!" There were a lot of unhappy people. I'm not tooooo worried because by the time I get to the point of doing clinicals, freakin' corporate will have changed their minds again...*sigh*
School is really frustrating and stressing me out lately...I can't wait for this mod to be over.

O, I really like this idea. So yeah, as many of you know, I am a homeschooled Junior and have been such since third grade. I am very academic, and again, as many of you know, am taking many many many classes. My favorite subject is British History but I like other things too... Chemistry has grown on me a lot this year although I'm still finding myself confused, and Physics is a subject I'm starting to like more and more. But yes, History and Civics (Basic American Government, etc) are my favorite courses. The typical school day for me usually starts at 4:55 AM when I get up to go to the YMCA and swim. We get there (usually) sometime around 5:30 and I swim until 6:30, shower, and am back home by 7:30. I then work on math (I'm hoping to get through pre-calc this year so I can take Calc next year) until 9:00. From 9 to 10 I spend time with my family cleaning the house, doing read-a-louds, etc, and after that I watch two DVD lectures from college proffessors on history. After lunch, it's chemistry for an hour (or more- depends if I do a lab), then physics for about the same amount of time, I clean the kitchen and then head back for an hour of civics and about four hours of history reading. My history schedule is pretty intense, but I like it. Then, dinner generally happens, I practice my flute, catch up on the internet, write stories, and finish any papers that are due. Obviously, sometimes I take short breaks, as evidenced by me being on here at this time of day, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays I work at a math/reading tutoring place. Thursday night I have orchestra rehearsal. Other than getting together with friends and hanging out, that's pretty much my life.

Sheez, Mage. You make me seem like a slacker. xD I get up at 6, leave the house by 6:50, get to school around 7:20, 7:30, run around until class starts, get home anywhere between 1 and 2, then do my homework. (Until I get a job...) But after I do homework, I bum around the house....
What time do you go to sleep? o.O 'Cause waking up at 5, I would really hate that....

Um... well anywhere around 9:30 to 10:30. It's actually not that bad, but I enjoy sleeping in on Saturdays.
